Each space is 10' wide and accomodates one vehicle. All vehicles must have current tabs.

Seasonal Storage: Winter Storage - Drop off and pick up by appointment only, with minimum 72 notice. Appointment time must work for both parties. Spring to Fall Storage - you may come and go as needed during this time of year, no appointments required Long Term Storage: Individuals has access to site during the Spring/Summer and Fall 24/7, but we do not allow entry during Winter months after the first snow fall of 3", the storage site is not plowed. If you need to get in during the winter months, you will need to contact us and make an appointment. Thank you

We use an online billing system, no other options are available. Checks are not accepted and all spaces are billed from the 1st to end of each month. Regardless when you start storage.

No semis or trailers larger than 40'. All items must be attached to wheels. For example, snow mobiles must be left on their trailer when stored here. Everything must have a current tab to be stored.

NO! We do not have winter access. We do not plow our storage site. From Thanksgiving to April 1st each year the site is CLOSED. Removing your RV/trailer would be very difficult.

We have two plans for Seasonal Storage: Spring/Summer/Fall - 24/7 access to your stored RV/trailer/ect., minimum length of storage is 90 days (3 full payments) and starts after April 1st or when we have availability. This storage ends on September 30th or October 31st. Winter Storage - starts either October 1st or November 1st and ends March 31st or April 30th. This date is decided when you sign up and pay for the storage, final pick up will be determined in the last month of your contract. ALL winter storage is paid in full at the time you bring your RV/Trailer/etc for the first time. Early removal of stored item is not refunded.
